Is there a free plan available?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, not a trial: unlimited automations and 1,000 DMs per day. The DM limit resets every day. If you reach it, DMs pause until the next day, or you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited DMs.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time. Your automations and contacts carry over instantly.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, with no partial refunds.
How does billing work?
Pro costs ₹199/month when billed monthly, or ₹149/month when billed yearly (₹1,788 per year), which saves you ₹600 a year compared with monthly billing.
How do I change my account email?
Your sign-in email can’t be changed from Settings. If you need to use a different email, write to support@commentkro.in. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Can info be added to an invoice?
Billing details can’t be edited in the dashboard yet. Email support@commentkro.in with your GST number, company name and billing address, and we’ll help.
