FAQ
Questions from creators and influencers
Does it work with an Instagram Creator account?
Yes. Comment Kro connects Creator and Business accounts, the two kinds of professional account, through Instagram's own login, and you don't need a Facebook Page. The account has to be public, because Instagram only sends comment and message events for public accounts.
Will people who commented before I set it up get the DM?
No. An automation answers comments that arrive after you launch it. If an older Reel already has people asking, answer them yourself, then launch the automation so new comments are covered.
Does it answer comments on my Instagram Lives?
No, Instagram Live comments are not supported. It works on posts and Reels, so if you promise a link during a Live, post a Reel afterwards with the keyword and let the automation handle the requests there.
Will my followers know the DM is automatic?
It is better if they do. Write the DM in your own voice and add a line such as "auto reply, I read my messages later". Instagram expects automated messages to be honest and sent only to people who interacted with you, and Comment Kro only messages people who commented, sent you a DM or mentioned you in a story.
